MRA Khan is dedicated to supporting freshly graduated Aalimahs and engineers through Legacy-Driven Mentorship, which draws on generational wisdom. We offer guidance on achieving deep personal growth and developing a clear career vision for self-starters.
This mentorship program is based on a book originally condensed by my grandfather, Engr. MRA Khan, former DG T&T. It was subsequently re-edited by my father, Engr. Muhammad Iqtidar Alam Khan, and is now being applied by me, Engr. Fakeha Iqtidar Khan, as the founder of the StudyPal Institute network. The network, which comprises eight modular child organizations, is ready to establish its generational legacy. We dedicate this endeavor to our grandparents, parents, and sister, applying the business ethics derived from the very same book condensed and re-edited by my grandfather and father.

Foundation on a Book: The institute’s vision statement, “Today is another chance,” is based on the book “Business Realities.” The book was originally condensed by our grandfather, Engr. MRA Khan (Mohammad Rafiq Ahmad Khan), and later re-edited by our father, Engr. Muhammad Iqtidar Alam Khan.
Grandfather’s Principle: The core business philosophy is that “The job is not to impose yesterday’s normal on a changed today, but to change the business, its behavior, its attitudes, its expectations… to fit the realities”Â
Balancing Deen and Dunya: MRA Khan’s personal vision, which is a core part of the institute’s mission, was the importance of walking a path where Deen (religion) and Dunya (worldly life) are parallel and integrated, not separate.
 StudyPal Institute network is the practical application of this generational wisdom. The different modules (eight child organizations) are dedicated to various family members, integrating both religious and worldly education and services.
